What to expect

In order to enjoy the underwater oxygen bar in Cozumel, you will use special technology developed by Sea TREK®. Guests wear the high-tech Sea TREK® helmet to use underwater in the stylish bar. Using the helmet, guests will be able to breathe enhanced fragranced oxygen. The helmet sits gently on the shoulder of the guests, so your body from the shoulders on up will remain completely dry. When guests are in the underwater oxygen bar they will be receiving a flow of cool, energized air. This air is fresh oxygen with added aromatherapy fragrance that each guest can select from.

The underwater oxygen bar sessions are approximately thirty minutes long and that will also include a period of brief instructions. Don’t worry if you have no diving skills, because you don’t need to know any to go into the oxygen bar.

Why is the Underwater Oxygen Bar So Much Fun?

You will see immediately why going to the underwater oxygen bar is so much fun as you will slowly descend into the water. Firstly, guests will feel a weightless sensation that comes from being under water, then the oxygen that is specially selected with the scent that you have selected starts stimulating your senses. You can play games beneath the water too, such as Jenga, which has been created especially for the underwater lounge or you can use the bubble guns to play a type of underwater darts. The Clear Lounge has even provided a photo booth for guests to take photos with some of the props provided, which include funny mustaches or martini glasses where you will stand in front of a digital background wall.

What happens afterwards?

You don’t have to let the oxygen excitement stop once you have emerged from the oxygen bar. On site is a smoothie bar that serves tasty and delicious fruit smoothies that have O2 infusion, which will provide you with that extra boost of energy once you leave the lounge.
